What This Is

The Eluminary Progam is our global internship program for aspiring consultants. Join us to get first-hand experience across brand, consumer, and strategic growth consulting.

Winterns will work on project teams and access best-in-class consulting experts who work with global leading brands across media, technology, retail and consumer brands.

Winterns are expected to participate on a consulting project, develop project deliverables, and create client-facing content and materials. The program will provide training on consulting methodologies and Elume’s strategic approach, with direct feedback and coaching from Elume leaders.

This a 10-week, highly selective unpaid internship starting in January 2026. Potential for class credit, where applicable.


Who You Are

  • College student or recent grad that’s passionate, curious, collaborative, and resourceful — and tapped into your local communities and culture

  • Multi-hyphenates: Creatives - Strategists - Creators - Thinkers - Data Analysts - Designers - Researchers - Technologists - Marketers

  • Possess a deep interest and knowledge in consumer passions including music, arts, media, technology, fitness, fashion, gaming, and the creator ecosystem


Where You Are

We're excited about interns from cities including Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Atlanta, London, Paris, Copenhagen, Madrid, Milan, Amsterdam, Seoul, Tokyo, Shanghai, Beijing, São Paulo, and Mexico City. You must be fluent in spoken and written English.

This is a fully remote role.
